February 25, 2016 – Food Logistics – East Coast Warehouse has been testing a labor management system (LMS) provided by its lift truck supplier in its warehouse. The LMS will provide real-time feedback on the fork lift operator’s specific activity, time in motion and at rest, as well as other key performance indicators (KPIs).
