When you work with East Coast Warehouse, you receive a dedicated customer service representative (CSR), with an average tenure of 15 years, who is responsible for managing and coordinating all facets of your import process—from container arrival to scheduling outbound orders. What’s more, throughout the entire process, you have complete visibility and control through our web portal inventory management system (SNAP).
