ELIZABETH, NJ– September 16, 2019 – In an effort to expand its client-centric approach, executives from East Coast Warehouse & Distribution, a leading temperature-controlled logistics provider to the food and beverage industry located on the Port of New York/New Jersey and in Philadelphia, will be attending Rutgers University’s Customer Experience Certificate program in New Brunswick, NJ this week.
The program is designed for individuals and/or teams who touch the customer experience at their company – from sales executives, marketing or brand managers, product management, IT, finance, operations and legal – and who are empowered to drive new initiatives within their organization.
